Change becomes possible when the nervous system feels safe and at ease. This truth has shaped both my personal journey and the way I support others today.

I grew up in California and have made France my home for more than two decades. Before becoming a Sophrologist, I spent 25 years in the fast-paced world of fashion media in New York and Paris. I know how easily the demands of daily life can pull us away from ourselves — and how meaningful it is to find our way back.

This understanding informs my work today. Through Sophrology and Primitive Reflex Integration, I help children, teens, and adults better regulate their nervous system, supporting emotional and behavioral balance, learning, and greater ease in everyday life.

Primitive Reflex Integration works with early movement patterns to support the foundations involved in emotional and behavioral regulation, learning, and posture. Sophrology uses breathwork, gentle movement, and guided awareness to bring greater calm and clarity.

Each session provides a safe, structured, and supportive space where practical tools and clear methods empower lasting change.

Based in a beautiful suburb of Lyon, I offer in-person sessions at my practice and Sophrology sessions online, in both French and English.

My intention is to help each person feel at home within themselves again — grounded, steady, and capable of moving through life with ease.
